Joe is President and founder of the Jr. Phenom Camp Organization. The camp is entering its third year of Successful operations under Joe's strong leadership And is expected to grow in importance nationally, and Perhaps, beyond borders.

The Phenom Elite Camp is actively seeking coaches for the next event. Your years of dedicated coaching expertise and love for the game as well as love of youth program involvement are in great demand at our highly acclaimed skills events. In order to facilitate getting your young players a fair and adequate evaluation of their skills throughout the year, we are utilizing our Board of Directors Program to recommend attendees. These gentlemen listed will be equipped to observe, evaluate and recommend phenoms for the National showcase in June.
